A smaller drum shaped annex building resides adjacent to the Yanbu City Hall design. Sketches show the design of pattern that would clad the building and progress in color and pattern to emphasize the continuous, cylindrical form. The Material includes ceramic tiles with vibrant blue glazes and Gold Leaf.
